Our comments: Very central. You can easily walk from here to all the main attractions. Very clean room with comfortable beds. The food is plenty, inexpensive and very yummy. Lourdes and José are super friendly hosts and Lourdes booked all our other Casas for us.
Casa Nirma y Lucilo (son and daughter both speak excellent English):
Street: Camino Cienfuego Este No. 52. It's not on the main road but within 5 minute walking distance. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Our comments: Central location, very quiet. You can easily walk from here to all the main attractions. Very clean room. The food is plenty, inexpensive and very yummy. Two new rooms are currently built upstairs, so there may be a little noise during the daytime. ATTENTION: Drinking water is not included. 1 CUC per bottle which we only found out at the end just before the payment.
Casa Coralia y Carlos (both speak a little English):
Street: the house is on the main road to Cienfuegos across from the TRD supermarket. We don't have the actual address but Carlos is well known in town.

Our comments: Central location. Playa Girón is not very big. You can easily walk from here to all the main attractions. Very clean room. The food is plenty, inexpensive and very yummy. Book a birdwatching tour with Carlos for 15 CUC per person. Well worth it!

Our comments: Right in the old part of town. You can easily walk from here to all the main attractions. Clean and big room with fridge. The breakfast wasn't one of our favourites!

Our comments: Good location at the west end of the peninsula. Very clean room with fridge and TV. Super friendly hosts. ATTENTION: Liticia has a small but very friendly and fairly quiet dog.
