On Monday, we baked some blueberry cakes which got eaten in 10 seconds!! Then we drove Winnie to (Canadian) Kirsten's
where we stayed for a week. On Tuesday, we looked after the kids whilst their mother went for a doctors appointment.
Later we helped load and unload 60 bails of hay for the horses.
On Wednesday we got a ride in Ray's Lorry (Kirsten's husband) who drives every week down to California and back. The
next day, Helen had to go to the dentist as half a filled tooth had broken off. She had to get a new filling. It was
the first pain free dental appointment Helen had ever had!
On Friday, we went with Ray and Kaitlin to Port Alberni in the lorry to pick up Ray's next load that he will have to
deliver over the weekend.
On Saturday we were invited to a Pig Roast with Kirsten, Geoffrey and Kaitlin. There was a bouncy castle there which
we all enjoyed and we sat chatting to Kirsten's friends. The food was good too!
On Sunday, Kirsten worked on the computer and then we went over to show the other Kirsten photos for 4 hours. We also
became expert pooper scoopers during the week!
